Fantastic communication and quick delivery to the UK. It ain't the lowest price for the product, but it was the best deal when you factor in the shipping costs. Definitely recommended!

Honestly, this is the finest customer support I've ever encountered. Items were sent from the USA to the UK. I was informed upfront that they might not arrive by Christmas before I placed my order. I ordered an electrical item from the UK. Before they shipped it, the company reached out via email to confirm if I still wanted to proceed, as I would require an electrical converter. I didn’t know about that, so I requested a cancellation. This little act saved me from what could've been a big headache, and not many businesses take the time to do stuff like this! I'm based in the UK. I found a toy for my collection that I could only get from abroad, and I discovered it on their site. Before I made the purchase, I shot them an email with a question, and they got back to me super fast with awesome customer service—so nice and helpful! Whenever I had more questions about tracking, they always replied quickly and politely. My item showed up fast and was exactly what I ordered!

I couldn’t find my go-to Obagi tinted sunscreen for love or money anywhere due to a stock shortage until 2020, but I finally tracked it down at Storkz (never heard of them before, but their reviews were solid and the price was reasonable). Everything showed up within 10 days from them - I’m really glad I discovered this site since I often struggle to find certain products from the US that are tough to get here. Not all US retailers ship to the UK, and I’ve used the MYUS app in the past to set up a postal forwarding address. Awesome site, thanks a bunch!
